Manual Bench Top Pellet Presses
For Sample Preparation of Pellets, Brick, Briquettes and Cake Designed for Sample Preparation: 12, 40 & 50 Ton Models
All Carver pellet presses are designed to compact homogeneous powder into a usable pellet sample. Pellet dies are constructed of 440 stainless steel for corrosion resistance with replaceable anvils. All dies include a pellet ejector. A 13 mm die for IR sample preparation is supplied with 12 ton press (Model 4350). A 31mm die for x-ray sample preparation is provided with our 40 and 50 ton presses (Model 4555 & 4565). These presses are also available less the die. NOTE: Pictures shown with both analog gauge and digital gauge. Standard manual pellet presses come with analog gauge. Digital gauges available upon request. Consult factory for details. Please click on the images below for more information on that specific press model.
