Carver, Inc. introduces a new digital gauge kit with an easy-to-read LCD gauge face for all hand operated Carver press models. The new gauge is battery powered and readings are generated in 100 lb. increments. The gauge will be configured to the press model, which customers must specify when ordering. Installation instructions and all required fittings are included in the kit. Optional increment settings of 1 lb. or 10 lbs. are available instead of 100 lbs. increments. User selectable readout in lbs. force, tons, metric tons, kilonewtons, or kilograms.
Carver, Inc. offers the new Auto Series automatic hydraulic laboratory presses, featuring the enhanced “NE” digital control system. Offering 15 to 30 tons of clamping force and 6" x 6" to 15” x 15” platens, these benchtop presses are used in quality control and research and development for test sample preparations, destructive testing, molding, laminating and fluid extraction.
The new “NE” controls feature full touch screen interface, proximity switch for adjustable slowdown position and all heat controlled through PLC and interface. The “NE” controls can easily switch between degrees Fahrenheit and degrees Celsius and between pounds, kilograms, tons and metric tons. Auto reheat at the end of a cycle and automatic bump sequence can be programmed.
The Low Pressure Pneumatic Press from Carver, Inc. features a fully-threaded dual column design suited for many heated or non-heated applications including medical moldings, low pressure laminating and specialized R&D environments. These presses feature a clamping force range from 100 to 400 lbs. with other pressure ranges available. Also features a daylight opening of 0” to 4” and platen sizes range from 6” x 6”, 9” x 9” and 12” x 12” models. The Low Pressure Pneumatic Presses operate on compressed air, 90 PSI is the maximum.
